I Built a Hugo Custom Theme

Back in 2017 I converted this site to Hugo. I did it to control my content while checking out some static site generators. At the time I was interested in just getting the site up and running. To aid in that process I quickly grabbed a theme on the Hugo theme website and started porting content. Fast forward a year, and now I'm looking to give a little more love to the site.

While working on a project I stumbled upon Tablr. It's a bootstrap 4 template focused on building a beautiful admin panel. I like to kick the tires with new stuff on non-critical projects. Check out Tablr, learn Hugo theming, and make the site a bit better? Sounds like a win.

I've gotten as far as what you see here. I'll be putting together a tutorial from my knowledge to help other people going down the same road.

In the meantime you can check out the source on Github.
